Shipping Policy
We are delighted to ship our beautiful decorations worldwide (excluding Asia and a few remote areas).
Order Processing: All orders are carefully hand-packed with love and will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Methods & Times:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Your order will arrive within 10-15 business days after it ships.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery will occur within 15-25 business days after shipping.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey to your home.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We take immense pride in the quality of our products. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not perfectly align with your festive vision. Our policy is designed to be as warm and welcoming as the holiday season itself.
Our Policy:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of the order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. You will also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please Note: To ensure the safety and integrity of our most delicate creations, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Decorative Lighting and Framed LED Art (for safety and hygiene reasons).
- Glass and Glass Baubles (due to their exquisite high fragility).
- Any item from the Advent Calendars or Counter Displays category that has been opened or used.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start your return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our friendly customer care team at [email protected]. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
- Provide Details: In your email, let us know if you prefer a refund or an exchange. See the template below for guidance.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship anything back without this authorization.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the unused item in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a damaged item).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The timing of this credit is dependent on your payment provider’s policies but typically appears within 5-10 business days after we process the refund.
Please note:
- The original cost of Standard Shipping ($12.95) is non-refundable.
- For orders that qualified for Free Shipping, the cost of standard return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.
- If you are exchanging for a more valuable item, you will be charged the difference.
- For a less valuable item, we will refund the difference.
- The processing time for exchanges is the same as for a new order (1-2 days for processing plus the selected shipping time).
