• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping.

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. While we provide estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed as delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs processing or weather conditions.

5.1 Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt, provided they are:

• Unused and in original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Decorative Lighting and Framed LED Art (safety and hygiene reasons)
• Glass and Glass Baubles (due to high fragility)
• Opened or used items from Advent Calendars or Counter Displays categories

To initiate a return or exchange:

3. Wait for our team to provide a Returns Authorization Number and instructions

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note:

• The original Standard Shipping cost ($12.95) is non-refundable
• For free shipping orders, standard return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
• We do not refund return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

5.5 Exchanges

We happily exchange items for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. For exchanges of different value:

• You will be charged the difference for more valuable items
• We will refund the difference for less valuable items
